These terms are the agreement between you and Sufra when you use it. We’ve kept them short and plain.

Using Sufra

• You need to be 13 or older, and to sign in with an email address you own.
• Be kind at your tables. Don’t post anything that isn’t yours to share, or that’s meant to hurt someone.
• You’re responsible for what you log and for keeping your email account secure.

Not medical advice

Sufra estimates calories and macros, and suggests a daily target from the details you give it. Estimates can be wrong, and a target from a formula isn’t a diet prescribed for you. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating, talk to a doctor before changing how you eat.

Tables and estimates

• Anyone at a table can invite people, rename it, and top up its estimates. Anyone can leave a table at any time.
• Joining a table and logging your own numbers are free.
• Estimates from photos and descriptions are paid from a table’s shared balance. The price is shown when you top up. A balance doesn’t expire and isn’t a subscription: nothing renews or charges you automatically.
• Top ups are processed by our payment provider, whose terms apply to the payment itself. Refund requests are welcome at the address below.

Your content

Your meals, photos and words stay yours. You give us permission to store them, show them to the tables you share them with, and send them to our estimate provider when you ask for an estimate. That’s all we use them for.

When things go wrong

We work hard to keep Sufra running and your data safe, but it’s provided as it is. We’re not liable for decisions made from an estimate. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other people.
